My Type R had some poor PPF work done by another Xpel workshop, but Queenie offered to check everything and replace any damaged or improperly installed items. Recently purchased our MC20 Cielo from Approved and was a stellar experience. Our salesperson Faris is a legend. I was interested in Xpel PPF and i was shopping around for the best offers from authorized dealer. After contacting Ms. Barbie and my visit to the facility I saw a big difference between the shops. Do you believe that they filter the water for the car wash, also they have a sperate section for PPF and tinting to prevent dust issues while installing, and by the way they cut the PPF using a computer.
I will cut it short and just say pay them a visit and get a facility tour (its free 😂), and always keep an eye on the offers.

Note: I didn’t like the tinting (my personal opinion) but it is good, in the other hand the PPF is excellent.

Dropped off my 2025 Toyota Prado straight from the showroom to their facility for a full PPF and tint work.

During the course of the work, it was brought to my attention that the default PPF template did not go around the edges of the letters ‘Land Cruiser’, and instead it was just a rectangle cutout. On my refusal to accept the same, Barbi and the team at Approved quickly worked out a solution internally, to create a template of their own. I am happy that complete transparency was maintained by Barbi through the entire duration of the work.

The final result speaks for itself and I am extremely pleased with the results.
