2.1 You, as the user of our Website (“you” “your” and “yourself”), can use our Website for your own personal non-commercial use.

4.3 We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information available on our website to the fullest extent permissible by law.
4.4 Because of the nature of technology, the colours shown on the site may not match the actual colours. Prices for all cars are inclusive of VAT. Prices for commercial vehicles are exclusive of VAT. Prices on the fleet website are clarified by specific disclaimers.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT AND PURCHASE ONLINE

5.1 If activated, approvedautomotive.com has the function for you as the customer to pay a non-refundable holding deposit online for any vehicle you are interested in which is still available.
5.2 If the purchase is to be completed via auto loan bank finance the vehicle will then be reserved for the buyer for a period of three (3) calendar days, until the required bank documents have been submitted from the buyer. Failure to for the buyer to submit the required documents in this time will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable and the car becoming re-marketed again.
5.2 If the purchase is to be completed via cash/bank transfer, the vehicle will then be reserved for the buyer for a period of seven (7) business days. Failure to submit the remaining payment or complete the sales process in this time will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable and the car becoming re-marketed again.
5.3 If the buyer for any reason cannot complete the full sales process, retracts out of the deal, or is rejected bank finance for any reason, Approved Automotive LLC holds the right to keep the deposit and re-market the vehicle again.
5.4 If the buyer cannot obtain auto loan bank finance approval for any reason within seven (7) business days, Approved Automotive LLC holds the right to keep the deposit and re-market the vehicle again.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

6.1 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
6.2 United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
6.3 under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
6.4 If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
6.5 The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
6.6 “We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED”
6.7 approvedautomotive.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
6.8 Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

REQUESTING A TEST DRIVE

7.1 You may use our website to contact us to arrange to test drive a particular model of vehicle(s).
7.2 We cannot guarantee that every model of interest to you will be available to test drive at your preferred dealership. For specific information about availability please contact your preferred dealership directly.
7.3 Please note that to qualify to test drive any model additional terms and conditions will apply. These are available upon request.
7. We reserve the right to refuse a test drive to any applicant without reasons or notice being required and we and will not be fully liable for any resulting loss or damage permissible by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Our Website and all information, images, photographs, and other content displayed on the Website (“Material(s)”) are protected by certain rights. These rights include all patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered (“Rights”). REFUND POLICY

17.1 Any transaction performed at approvedautomotive.com is an agreement that you are entering into a sales agreement to purchase a vehicle. These payments are non-refundable. Please note that monetary refund is only mandatory for a technical error such as a card being double charged.
17.2 Mode of Payment for a refund will be decided by Approved Automotive LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY

18.1 if approvedautomotive.com need to cancel a transaction you will be notified within 24hrs, and your money will be returned within 30 working days. This will not be an occurrence though as you will only be able to purchase stock from our site that is marked as available. Any stock marked as reserved or sold will not be available for purchase.

GOVERNING LAW

19.1 You agree that UAE law governs your use of the Website and your relationship with Approved Automotive, and you agree that the UAE courts will have exclusive authority over any claim arising from or related to this Website.
